Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Tour Socotra

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Tour Socotra, operating as a tour brand and travel service provider. By booking a tour and/or making any payment (including a deposit or down payment), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

1. Booking, Payments & Contractual Relationship

1.1 A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure participation in a tour. This deposit contributes toward charter flight arrangements, visa processing, and tour logistics.

1.2 Full payment must be completed prior to the tour start date unless otherwise agreed in writing by Tour Socotra.

1.3 Payments may be accepted and processed by authorized third-party processors, affiliated entities, or associated operating companies acting on behalf of Tour Socotra.

1.4 Regardless of the name under which a payment is processed, charged, or appears on a bank statement or receipt, all bookings remain subject to Tour Socotra’s Terms and Conditions, and the guest’s contractual agreement is with Tour Socotra as the tour operator.

1.5 The processing of payment by a different legal or commercial entity does not alter, replace, or limit the applicability of these Terms and Conditions, nor does it create a separate contractual relationship with the guest.
