1. Booking and Payment:

•    1.1. To reserve a spot on our tour, a deposit is required at the time of booking that covers your flight and visa costs.
•    1.2. Full payment must be made prior to the tour start date, unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation or conversations with the company.
•    1.3. Payment can be made through our secure online payment platform or as specified in the booking process. (Paypal, Bank Transfer, Cryptocurrencies, Credit/Debit Card when applicable)

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

•    2.1. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing (email, Whatsapp) as soon as possible.
•    2.2. Cancellation fees may apply, and the refund amount will depend on the time of cancellation.
•   2.3. Cancellations made 60 days or more before the client’s flight date are eligible for a full refund of the down payment amount paid, minus any transaction fees and a 400 AED change/cancellation fee charged by Air Arabia if the flight ticket has already been issued.
•   2.4. Cancellations made within 60-30 days of the client’s flight date will result in the ability to change your date ONLY. After 1 change, you are no longer allowed a cancellation.
• 2.5 Once your flight is within 30 days, your deposit and any fees paid towards the tour becomes non-refundable.

3. Travel Documents and Insurance:

•    3.1. It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they have valid passports and any other required travel documents for the tour.
•    3.2. We highly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events or emergencies during the tour.

4. Changes and Alterations:

•    4.1. We reserve the right to modify the tour itinerary, accommodation, or transportation if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control. (Nature, government laws, capacity limits)
•    4.2. In the event of significant changes, we will provide reasonable alternatives, if applicable.

5. Health and Safety:

•    5.1. It is your responsibility to inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or special requirements that may affect your participation in the tour.
•    5.2. We will make every effort to accommodate reasonable requests but cannot guarantee specific accommodations or services.

6. Liability:

•    6.1. We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience during our tours. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by third parties, acts of nature, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
•    6.2. We recommend obtaining personal travel insurance to cover any unforeseen situations.

7. Intellectual Property:

•    7.1. All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy:

•    8.1. We collect personal information from customers for the purpose of providing our services and for marketing purposes. By providing your information, you consent to its collection, use, and storage.
•    8.2. We take privacy seriously and implement appropriate measures to protect customer data. We do not share personal information with third parties unless required by law.
•   8.3 During the tour we will be taking videos and photos of the participants. Unless otherwise stated beforehand, we reserve the right to use and post these pictures on our website, social media and review outlets.

9. Governing Law:

• 9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the government of Socotra. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Socotra, Yemen.
